How the RMA process works

Please use the following steps to arrange goods return:

  1. Complete and submit the online form below.
  2. Incite Fire will then process your submission, generate an RMA number & email you an acknowledgement.
  3. Please follow the instructions outlined in the acknowledgement email.
  4. To check the status of your RMA, please allow 2 business days before contacting your sales representative.
Proof of purchase is required
Please select the product range that best suits the item
eg. ALK-AS, or Hochiki Smoke Detector
The RMA will not be processed without adequate information of the fault and serial numbers if applicable.
