How the RMA process works

Please use the following steps to arrange goods return:

  1. Complete and submit the online form below.
  2. A RMA number will be generated and emailed to the email address that you supplied.
    NOTE: DO NOT RETURN ANY GOODS TO US UNTIL NOTIFIED TO DO SO.
  3. Incite Fire will then process your submission and may contact you for further information if required.
  4. To check the status of your RMA please contact your sales representative.
Incorrectly supplied is where a part is received that was not ordered.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) is where a part is found not to be working immediately upon first use.
Standard Warranty is where the part is returned to us for evaluation, and if warranty is accepted then the part is replaced or repaired and returned to you.
Advanced Warranty is where a replacement part is billed and sent out to you before we receive the original part for evaluation. If warranty is accepted we will then credit you for the replacement part that was sent out.
Proof of purchase is required

The RMA will not be processed without adequate information of the fault and serial numbers where available.
